- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Denver, Colorado, is requesting proposals from experienced contractors to furnish all necessary materials, services, materials and equipment to remove two existing reinforced concrete box culvert structures, design, fabricate, deliver and install two replacement fabricated water control structures which comply with AASHTO standards for highway loading. Project work includes, but not limited to, all associated work for clearing, excavation, backfill, compaction and grading, signage and survey. The project is located at the Fish Springs National Wildlife Refuge, approximately 100 miles west of Provo, 55 miles southwest of Dugway in Juab County, Utah. All essential requirements of the project are outlined in the solicitation. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The total performance period is ninety (90) calendar days. This acquisition is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business concerns under NAICS Code 238120. The solicitation package is anticipated to be posted to the National Business Center website http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 13, 2003. Proposal evaluations will be on best value/technical, past performance and price. Copies of this Request for Quotation and attachments can be obtained at the above listed website.
