Description: The project is for site restoration of an abandoned wastewater treatment plant. Work to include earthwork for leveling, contouring and restoring six sewage lagoons to a more natural state, spreading topsoil and reseeding the area and the construction of an emergency overflow collection lagoon with HDPE liner.
