- Description
- This prospective requirement is for Air Traffic Control Processing and Display Branch Software Engineering and Programming Services to support the Air Traffic Control Processing and Display Branch (ATCP&D) of the Identification Systems (IDS) Division (Code 4.5.9) located at Naval Air Systems Command St. Inigoes, MD. The primary objective of this software support contract is to provide software engineering and programming support for the development and maintenance of ATC systems in an integrated team environment. The ATCP&D Branch currently uses Pragma ProcessMax in support of Software Engineering Institute-Capability Maturity Model (SEI-CMM). This requirement is being pursued as a 8(a) competitive requirement. The North American Industry Classification (NAIC) Code is 541512 with a size standard of $21.0 million. The proposed requirement is a follow-on to a directed 8(a) contract N00421-00-C-0436 with Sabre Systems, Inc., 65 W. Street Rd, Suite A-200, Warminister, PA 18974. The overall estimated level of effort for the proposed requirement is 90,240 manhours for a base year and four (4) one year option periods. Labor categories include Program Manager, Senior Computer Specialist, Computer Programmer and Technical Writer. Place of performance is at NAVAIR Systems Command located at St. Inigoes, MD. The estimated award date is 1 December 2003. Requests for information regarding the current contract will be processed through Ms. Mary-Ann Bruton (Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) Specialist). The resultant contract will be awarded to the offeor submitting an acceptable proposal that represents the best overall value to the Government.
