Description: This contract which will require a Contractor to provide support, for assistance in the identification and resolution of software incidents (PDR) and issues, to provide third level technical assistance to the System of Accounting and Reporting (SOAR) staff and OCIO functional support staff, and develop enhancements to the Executive Information System (EIS) to include development of various analytical cubes (as identified by the PMO) using COGNOS and Impromptu Report Development software.
