Description

Solicitation 6FEP-K0-030271-S is hereby amended to incorporate reference Technical Document Paragraph 2.8, Alternate Coatings for items 37, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50. This now permits Alternative Coatings in lieu of chrome for all torque wrenches that require Chromium Plating, provided the alternatives meet the test requirements specified in Paragraph 2.8. This amendment is also issued to extend the offer due date to August 28, 2003. The time and place for receipt of offers shall remain as specified in the solicitation.
