Description

Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, repair parts, tools and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services for HVAC Maintenance and Operations at the Paul Findley Federal Building, 600 E. Monroe, Springfield, Illinois. Potential offerors are encouraged to inspect the site of performance to satisfy themselves regarding general and local conditions. The performance period is for three(3) years with two(2) one year options, with an estimated start date of February 1, 2004. Specifications will be available on or about August 28, 2003. The solicitation closing date is September 30, 2003 at 3:00pm(CST). The solicitation is a total small business set-aside in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industrial Classifcation System(NAICS) code is 811310; the small business size standard is $6 million. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available electronically only at the Internet site: www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments(if any). It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for release of the solicitation and any related documents. All relevant information relating to the incumbent contract will be found on the cover page of the solicitation.
