Description

The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate solely with Isogon Corporation, 330 7th Avenue, New York City, NY 10001 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13,501(a) ?Sole Source Acquisitions? for the upgrade and continued online technical support and site licenses of the proprietary software ?SPIFFY? which is already installed and operating on machines at the Social Security Administration in Woodlawn, Maryland. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. A solicitation is not available; therefore, written and/or verbal requests for copies of a solicitation related to this announcement will not be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
