- PRESOLICITATION OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION FOR MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING MAINTENANCE FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT, ALTUS AFB, OK. THE NAICS CODE FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING CHANGED FROM 561210 TO NAICS 238990 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $12,000,000. The solicitation will be issued as a competitive acquisition restricted to small businesses holding current 8(a) certifications with the Small Business Administration IN THE COMMERCIAL MARKET REPRESENTATIVES (CMR) AREA 5, AR, CO, LA, NM, OK, TX. The solicitation package will be issued in the form of a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be made available for downloading via the Internet Electronic Posting Site, website address www.eps.gov on approximately 15 JUNE 2003 with a closing date tentatively scheduled for 15 JULY 2003.
