- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation is being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F26600-03-Q-B047 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-14 and DFARS, Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20030722. The SIC code is 3663, the NAICS code is 334220, the size standard is 750 employees. This Request for Quotation is being submitted as a small business set-aside. This is a commercial purchase. The Contractor’s quote shall include pricing for the following line items: Item 1) 3000 each, 7/8” Hardline coaxial cable, MFR Andrew, Part # LDF5-50A; Item 2) 250 each, N-Male connector for 7/8” coaxial cable, MFR Andrew, Part # L5PNM; Item 3) 100 each, 2 – 2.5 Db 406-512 MHZ capable antennas, MFR Sinclair, Part # SD310C-HD; and Item 4) 100 each, 1” to 2 ¾” pipe to pipe antenna clamp set, MFR Celware, Part # CEL 46. If an equal substitute is provided, offerors must provide full product information and descriptive literature. Quotes should be in the following format: price for each line item independently. Multiply award may be made for these items. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to the solicitation. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items is also applicable. The following factor will be used to evaluate the offer: Price.
