Description

PR No: LTC03205013447. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an Indicator, Temperature. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply: Hydro-Aire Inc., Cage 81982. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6685-00-323-7386; P/N: 85832-4, Base Year AEQ: 108 each, Option Year AEQ: 60 each. Delivery: FOB at Origin, Acceptance at Destination, 120 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 5 September 03. The anticipated award date is 10 November 03. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
