- Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-4532, LTC03170012662, (1) NSN 6830-00-281-3464, Chlorine, Technical, Full cylinder. Unit quantity equals 150 pound per cylinder. Government Furnished materials will be furnished under NSN 8120-00-285-4722, DOT 3A or #AA480 are reserved at SRU in condition code A, QAP 002 applies. This is an Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition and will result in a Requirement Type Contract (RTC) for one year plus (4) option years. Solicitation has one line item for (DVD) Direct Vendor Delivery, anywhere in the US continental, IAW Fast Pay Procedures. Inspection and acceptance will be at Destination. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will contain EPA, POPS provisions, and will not contain progress payments. The solicitation will issue on 02 September 2003 with a Closing Date of 02 October 2003.
