Description: This posting is for market survey purposes only. The Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and other Interior agencies are interested collocating and leasing class A office space in Phoenix, Arizona. The facility will need to have 104,000 rentable square feet on 14 acres for a 20 year firm term lease.
