- Description
- The U. S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, intends to procure roof repair for the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory, Miami, Florida. Contractor will provide equipment, tools, labor, materials and supervision to replace one portion and perform repairs on several other portions of the Siplast Paradiene 20/30/ roof. Contractor must be within a 100 mile radius of the AOML facility and certified by Siplast/Icopal to do warranty work on Siplast Paradiene roofs. Completion time for this project is 60 calendar days after award. This is a total small business set-aside. Estimated Construction cost is $25,000 to $100,000.00 Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bid. Drawings, specifications and bid documents will be available on or about August 27, 2003. Firms interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation should send a written request to the contracting officer, referencing this announcement number. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation are limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. The Central Administrative Support Center, Acquisition Management Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) before October 1, 2003.
