- Description
- This Request for Quote (RFQ-3-DFE-002) is a set-aside for Indian-owned business (minimum ownership 51%). NAICS #235610 for the removal and replacement of existing exterior siding including related exterior wall repair work to two (2) Government houses, with an option to conduct similar work on two (2) additional Government houses. Estimated range: $25,000 - $100,000. The location of the housing units is in Neah Bay, Clallam County, Washington, 98357, on the Makah Indian reservation. Period of Performance: 45 calendar days. Work is limited to 5:00pm to 8:00am daily. Alternate payment protection shall be required. Buy American Act applies. Contractor must comply with Makah Tribal law including Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance requirements. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract.
