- Description
- Contractor to provide all material, equipment, supplies, labor and supervision necessary to perform work for Project #692-03-103, entitled "Integrated Building Management System" at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics, White City, Oregon. Scope of work includes the furnishing and installation of integrated security systems that shall include interior intrusion detection; card access monitoring and door control; closed circuit television surveillance; security system power supplies; site lighting and restoration, wiring security cameras and network intelligent controllers, lighting, receptacles and distribution panel. Work also includes architectural work with alterations including demolition of existing structures and installation of new countertops, floors, wall and ceiling finishes, doors, door frames and interior trim. Site alterations include remaining fence demolition, site grading and restoration and the provision of a new 2000' long decorative metal fence, masonry fence piers, masonry gate edificies and sliding catilever gates. NAICS: 238210, Size standard $12.0 mil. This is a small business set aside. Project magnitude: Between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Bid documents should be available electronically approximately August 15, 2003.
