Description

Project: Remove Hoists & Repair Floor, Bldg 2110, Sheppard Air Force Base (Project VNVP 001036) Work will consist of THE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF HYDRAULIC LIFTS, ASSOCIATED OIL/AIR LINES AND TANKS, AND PATCHING THE CONCRETE FLOOR WHERE HYDRAULIC LIFTS WERE LOCATED. THE WORK UNDER THIS PROJECT WILL BE COMPLETED IN TWO MAJOR PHASES, WITH THREE MINOR PHASES UNDER EACH PHASE. WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED AND ACCEPTED ON PHASE I, PRIOR TO CONTRACTOR PERFORMING WORK ON PHASE II. All work shall be in accordance with the statement of work and drawings. Magnitude of construction project is less than $25,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is reserved for EMERGING SMALL BUSINESSES. Applicable NAICS code for this project is 238330, with a size standard of $12 million dollars. ATTENTION CONTRACTORS: Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. Award of a contract as a result of this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment of this contract may be made. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the government for contract purposes until funds are made available to the contracting officer. The contracting officer will confirm availability of funds in writing to the contractor upon award of contract. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the electronic posting system (http://eps.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of a contract.
