- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F04626-03-Q-0031, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15 and Defense DCN20030722 . The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6230 The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5063. The North American Industry Classification System is 423610 and the associated business size standard is 500 employees. If two (2) or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. Item(s) shall be delivered to Travis AFB, CA 94535 no later than 45 days after receipt of order. Travis AFB intents to award sole source contract based on requirements identified in AFH 31-218 Law Enforcement Missions and Procedures to Galls Incorporated for the following items 1.)POLY STINGER FLASHLIGHT, QTY 300 2.)POLY STINGER FLASHLIGHT CASE, QTY 300 3.)16? EXPANDABLE BATON BLACK/BLACK, QTY 300 4.)21? ROTATING SIDEBREAK SCABBARD, QTY 300 5.)NICKLE CUFFS, QTY 200 6.)5? CITATION HOLDER, QTY 100 7.)LEGAL SIZE REPORT HOLDER, QTY 100 8.)NEOPRENE GLOVES QTY 100 each size, S,M,L 9.)REDMAN FULL TRAINING SUIT, QTY 2 10.)BATON TRAINING BAG, QTY 2.The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instruction contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) to this provision is completed as follows: PRICE.
