Description

NA The Garrison Commander, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland announced on 8 August 2003 its tentative decision to perform the function by contract. This decision is the result of a competitive process conducted in accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76. The tentative decision to contract for the function was made after a detailed study indicated it was more cost effective to contract the function. A 30 day public review period commences on 9 August 2003 and continues through 7 September 200 3. Documentation supporting the tentative decision is available for review at Building 4550, Room 114, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Due to heightened security measures interested parties should contact Mr. Ted Hartman or Mr. Gil Wheeler at (301)667-3488 to schedule review. Appeals of the decision should be mailed or delivered to William E. Campbell, Jr., Contracting Officer, 9410 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5134.
