PRON: AX3Q0267AX, NSN: 1615-01-173-5716, PN: 406-012-108-105, 75 each, applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe, deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001; Texarkana, TX 75507-5000 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textr on Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd, Hurst, TX 76053, Cage Code 97499, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Production L ead-time with First Article Testing is 75 each, 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 75 each, 270 DACA. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 75 each, 338 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All respons ive sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dat e stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in o rder to be eligible for award. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA THAT CANNOT BE RELEASED EXCEPT TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
