Description

The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified contractors for the roof replacement project at the San Diego, California - Margaret Sellers Processing & Distribution Center and Vehicle Maintenance Facility. The project generally consists of the removal of the existing solid mopped gravel topped built-up roof membrane encompassing approximately 470,000 square feet. The new roof system shall consist of a three-ply cold applied built-up membrane with gravel impregnated cap sheet. Estimated cost range is $3.0 million to $3.4 million. The work is to be completed within 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed date.
