Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation DABJ13-03-T-0042 is under Simplified Acquisitio n Procedures FAR Part 13. IMPORTANT-Only offerors who are registered in the Central Contractor Database are eligible for award (reference DFARS Clause 252.204-7004 or see web site http://www.ccr.gov/. The solicitation incorporates provision and clauses tha t are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-13. 1 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. 2. The proposed purchase order will be 100% set-aside for small business, the NAICS code is 212312. 3. The agency need is for the following: CLIN 0001, 20,000 TN of 3/8 inch Granite. 100% through 3/8 inch screen, 80-90% pass through 4 strands per 1 inch screen, and 12-15% pass through 200 strands per 1 inch screen. Plasticity index must be NP, and R val ue must be 65 or better. Limestone is not acceptable. 4. Required delivery date: 30 Sep 03 5. Ship to: Range 111, 4 miles South of Butts Airfield on Route 1. Fort Carson, CO. 80913 6. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision.
