- PR No: LTC03205013420 for NSN 2840-00-437-3944 procuring a Shroud, Turbine Stator. The approved sources are General Electric Co (99207), GE Structured Services ( 03350), and Danville Metal Stamping (97126) under Part Number 5010T93G02 Rev "E". The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is 428 each. Solicitation SP0480-03-R-4647 will include a term of a base year plus four option years. This is a Navy indentifed Critical Safety Item (CSI). Configuration Control Applies. First Article Testing and/ or Production Lot Testing applies. This procurement will be issue as Unrestricted ultizing Other Than Full and Open Competition basis under FAR 6.302-1(a)and statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 5%. The Government's required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 331 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) for Stock. The delivery schedule without FAT is 121 (DARO). Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSN. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
