Description

The 30th Contracting Squadron on Vandenberg AFB, CA is soliciting offers to repair four (4) transformers located at two (2) different facilities on Vandenberg AFB. Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to provide the inspection and evaluation of the four (4) transformers. Please review the attached Statement of Work(s). There will be four (4) line items for this requirement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. Respondents must fill in their Representations and Certifications (FAR Clause 52.212-3) and return it with their quote. The NAICS is 335311 and the size standard is 750 employees. All FAR clauses are located at Http://farsite.hill.mil/farsite. Please include product literature for each line item. Due to the nature of this requirement, there will be a site visit held 22 August 2003@ 9:30 A.M. PST. It is highly recommended that all offerors attend the site visit. All bidders who plan to attend the site visit must submit the names of personnel from your firm no later than 21 August 2003 @ 1:00 P.M. PST. Please include the personnel?s name, company and social security number. Offers must be as written responses by fax (805) 922-1703 or by mail at the following address: Attn: SrA Mark L. Any questions/comments or requests for drawings must be e-mailed or faxed to SrA Mark L. Brady no later than 28 August 2003 at 3:00 P.M. PST. Each offeror shall sign his/her quote. Respondents must provide their company name and point of contact with telephone number. Quote is valid for 60 days from the date of submission.
