Description

Z - Sale of three structures at the Eastern Virginia Refuge Complex in Warsaw, VA. The properties are described as; 1.) Wilna River House: Two story wooden structure. 15' long, 22' wide, 9' to eaves, 16' to roof peak; 2.) Wilna Barn: Two story wooden structure. 32' long, 43' wide, 13' to ceiling, 25' to roof peak; 3.) Tayloe Barn: Two story wooden structure with galvanized roof. 60' long, 57' wide, 17' to eaves, 35-40' to roof peak. All three structures are located at the Rappahannock River Valley National Wildlife Refuge, Warsaw, VA. Preliminary conditions of the sale are as follows: The property is for sale to the highest bidder and is to be removed from refuge property. Site is to be cleaned and the foundation hole filled in with soil that is similar to current conditions at the site. Issue date will be on or about 12 August, 2003. Requests for a detailed solicitation package can be submitted in writing to the above address. Facsimile requests will be accepted (FAX# 413-253-8450), or a package can be picked up at the refuge headquarters in Warsaw Virginia at 336 Wilna Road. Refuge phone Number is 804-333-1470.
