Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking a contractor to provide operations administration, data management and technical services to the PBGC on complex pension plans such as United Steelworkers of America (USWA) plans, United Autoworkers of America (UAW) plans and airline industry plans. Services will be concentrated in the PBGC?s Operations and Actuarial Systems Division (OASD) within the Insurance Operations Department (IOD). The period of performance for the base year shall be from date of award to September 30,2004 with two one-year options for renewal. The solicitation document, including amendments, will be distributed through the FedBizOpps.gov web site. The site contains downloading instructions. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure that they have current information about this acquisition. Paper copies of the solicitation and associated amendments will not be available. The estimated date of release of the solicitation is August 29, 2003.
