Description

NA The US Army War College, Department of Distance Education is soliciting contract proposals for US Army Reserve (USAR) Instructor Services, specifically for USAR students attending USAWC distance education program. Significant on site performance is requir ed for frequent meetings and during the two week resident phases in June and July. The instructor is also required to manage and attend a conference in Washington DC in April. The period of performance starts 30 September 2003 and includes a base year wi th two options. This procurement is unrestricted and will be awarded on a best value basis. RFP packets are available at http://www.aca-nrcc.eustis.army.mil.
