- THE ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS IS AMENDED TO EXTEND CLOSING DATE TO 08/22/03 AND TO EXTEND THE GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTED AREA AS FOLLOWS: "DUE TO THE LACK OF SEA WORTHINESS IN OPEN SEAS, THESE VESSEL'S MUST BE RESTRICTED TO THE THAMES RIVER EAST AND INCLUDING NARRAGANSETT BAY SOUTH TO NEW YORK CITY, NEW JERSEY BORDER." The start date has changed to September 8, 2003 for the first boat. The second boat's start date is November 3, 2003 and the third boat's start date is January 3, 2004. THE SOLICITATION AND SPECIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN POSTED IN THE FEDBIZOPS SINCE JULY 28, 2003.
