Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to issue a sole source contract to Henry Woltman, 112 Pearl Light Circle, Fort Washington, MD 20744 to provide expert advice and assistance to the Census Bureau's Planning, Research and Evaluation Division (PRED) to support serveral evaluations and administrative records projects. The contractor shall work closely with the Census Bureau staff to design and select the sample(s) for the Address and Coverage Improvement Evaluation Program (ACIEP). This message constitutes the entire solicitation. The determiniation by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. No solicitation document exists and request for such document will be considered nonresponsive.
