Description
NA The following is a list of questions and answers regarding, sol # DASW01-03-T-0106, DBA insurance. NOTE: In order to address the listed questions, the following statement applies to all the listed questions. 'Currently DCC-W has several different contracts that require DBA insurance. However, the resulting agreement for DBA government rate will be available to ANY contractor performing under contracts awarded by any Department of Defense agency with performance in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait, this informa tion can not reasonably be optioned.' Q: Company name, address and contact number? A: TO BE DETERMINED. Q. Number of personnel requiring insurance. We may need payroll information if large number? A. DCC-W currently knows of several hundred personnel requi ring DBA insurance. See note. Q. Government Contract number? A. Various Q. Where are employees going, how long are they staying? A. For the purposes of obtaining DBA insurance under this agreement: Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait. Length of stay is unknown. Q. What job are they doing there? A. Generally most of the contracts awarded by DCC-W are for professional services i.e. lawyers, doctors, consultants, and administrative technicians. Q. Are they housed on base or off base? A. Generally most of the contrac ts awarded by DCC-W are housed on base, however not all. Q. What are their transportation arrangements? With military escort or not? A. Varies. For the most part military escort is provided. Reminder: Interested parties must be CCR registered IAW DFARS 252 .204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
