Description: NA Solicitation DAMT01-03-R-0025 is for Non-Temporary Storage (NTS) of household goods (HHG) and unaccompanied baggage (UB) on the West Coast. Offerors may obtain a copy of DAMT01-03-R-0025 by retrieving it from the MTMC website. The instructions for retrie val of the solicitation are as follows; 1. Go to ?????? www.mtmc.army.mil 2. Click on the ??????Business Center?????? Tab 3. Click on Solicitations in the left margin 4. Click on Household Good NTS-WEST 5. Click on DAMT01-03-R-0025 PACKAGE 6. Click on DAMT01-03-R-0025 for the solicitation Offerors will also be able to access the Attachments, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and agendas for the Onsite visit and Pre-Proposal Conference to be held on August 18th and 19th 2003. MTMC will be hosting a Pre-Proposal conference on August 18th and 19th, 2003. On August 18th, there will be onsite visit to allow potential offerors the opportunity to view the Transportation Operational Personal Property Standard System (TOPS). Off erors wishing to attend the onsite visit should submit the following information to Mr. Bell at the email address listed in this announcement. Offerors planning to attend the onsite visit must submit their organization??????s name and the names of all att endees from their organization. The requested information must be submitted by 11:00am EST, on Friday 15, August 2003. The Pre-Proposal conference will be held on August 19. Offerors that do not attend the onsite visit are allowed to attend the Pre-Prop osal conference.
