NSN: 6220-01-105-6582, PRON AX3F0364, Part Number 45-0190-7, Quantity: Min/ Max 120/600 each, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, applicable to the (BE) UH-60, F.O.B. or igin with deliveries to Texarkana, Texas, New Cumberland, PA and Corpus Christi, Texas. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Co (Vendor Code 78286) and Grimes Aerospace Company (Cage Code 72914). Required delivery schedule is 41 each, 240 Days Aft er Contract Award and 41 Subsequent Monthly Quantity. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government d ata rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in intended application. This acquisition contains data which is considered critic al technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offe r that shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of rel ease for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to closing date stated above.
