Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to put the existing OC3+ SmartRing and OC 48 located at the IRS nodes at 4800 Buford Highway, Chamblee, GA; 2385 Chamblee Tucker Road, and 401 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA, via modification to Contract number TIRNO-02-C-00001. All circuits must terminate over the Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOCs). The services that may run over the Ring are Primary Rate Interface Public Branch Exchange trunks, DID, directory and number portability, hearing speech imparieid, operator and directory assistance, 911 service, local and Intra-LATA access, interconnections with Inter-LATA exchange carriers for connections to FTS 2001. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement shall submit a written proposal of interest and capability by the date specified (08/27/03). All proposals shall include FOB point, point of contact (name and telephone number), GSA Contract Number, if applicable, business size and payment terms. No solicitation will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered nonresponsive. All questions must be submitted in writing.
