Description

GS05P03GAC0131 - Mechanical Opearations and Maintenance Services for the Frank T. Bow Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 201 Cleveland Avenue, Canton, OH. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, equipment including inspection and maintenance on all fire protection systems and the planning, scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring of effective and economical completion of all work and services specified in the contract. Estimated start date for the contract is March 01, 2004. The term of the contract is a 3 year base period with two 1-year option periods. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 235950 with a size standard of $11.5 million. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about August 28, 2003. To obtain a copy of the Request for Proposal, when available, download from the internet at, www.fedbizopps.gov. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation. It is also the responsibility of the offeror to monitor this site for possible amendments. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government will make award to the responsive, responsible, offeror who represents the best value to the Government.
