- SYNOPSIS The solicitation will be for one Wells Cargo 28 foot Express Wagon, (Mobile Command Center Trailer), Base Model EW2824 with a 93-? inch body width or its equal for Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to accomplish this project. Competition is 100% small business set-aside and a single award will be made based on lowest price. This is an Internet solicitation only; documents will not be available via other means. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336214, Utility trailers manufacturing. The size standard is 500. Delivery time will be within 60 calendar days from issuance of the purchase order.
