- This solicitation is for the installation of two perforated rollup doors in the Commissary Warehouse on Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to accomplish this project. This action is a total set aside for small business and a single award will be made based on lowest price. This is an Internet solicitation; documents will not be available via other means. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332321,doors, metal, manufacturing. The size standard is $12,000,000.00. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00. Performance time will be 60 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is tentatively scheduled for 20 August 2003 at the 28th Contracting Squadron, 1000 Ellsworth Street, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time.
