- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F25600-03-T-0090 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 316691 and the size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following services: CLIN 0001 = Black Deluxe 100% Foam-filled Tote Wheel case w/equal portion lid/base. SIZE: 25.75? (W) x 25.75? (D) x 16?(H), MFR: Parker; MFR # DX2626-16FWBK. COLOR = BLACK CLIN 002 = Foam, 2-inch layers (enough to fill 18 extra cases) High-density polyethylene shell, black powered tongue and groove valances full length, heavy-duty piano hinge, military quarter-turn latches with padlock loop, steel spring loaded handles and telescoping handles, two recessed, 2?inch diameter, ball bearing, rubber wheels filled with 2-inch layers of dense, open cell foam that absorbs and supports weight of 250 lbs. per square foot ?Brand name or equal is acceptable for this requirement.?
