- DESCRIPTION THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS ? AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is F44650-03-T-0025 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Circular (FAC 2001-15) are incorporated. This requirement is Full and Open Competition. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333120,however the RFQ is unrestricted.***ACC Contracting Squadron, LAFB, VA, has a requirement for Exothermic Breaching Support Kits. LINE ITEM 0001: Quantity (4 each), Exothermic Breaching Kits, Item Number 123-EBSK-01). ITEM 0005: Quantity (1 each), Freight/Delivery.***Item numbers provided are associated with National Security Associates, Inc.. The contractor shall state the warranty coverage provided for all line items.***Delivery shall be FOB destination to four Air Force installations. The complete ship to address, point of contact, and telephone number will be in the award document. The contractor shall pack and mark the shipment in conformance with carrier requirements, deliver the shipments in good order and condition to the point of delivery specified in the contract, be responsible for any loss of and/or damage to the goods occurring before receipt and acceptance of the shipment by the consignee at the delivery points specified in the purchase order; and pay all charges to the specified point of delivery.***The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government and other factors considered in accordance with FAR 52.212-2. If not submitting under GSA schedule the following apply. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Best Value to the Government, (1) Meet specifications listed, (2) Price, and (3) Delivery.
