- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED. The Solicitation number is F61775-03-Q-2223 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-14. This acquisition is unrestricted. The U.S. Air Force 48th Contracting Squadron intends to award a Concessionaire Contract for: Request For Proposal (RFP) F61775-03-Q-2223. We are requesting proposals from publishers in the local area (England) desiring to compete for a two (2) year contract with renewal options of two (2) year increments up to a total of six (6) years from the time of the original award year to publish the ?Jet 48?, newspaper RAF Lakenheath 15 Sept 03 issue. If your firm desires to compete for the opportunity to publish the above mentioned newspapers, please submit a written proposal not later than 1630 hours on 25 Aug 03 to the following address: 48th CONTRACTING SQUADRON / LGCA ATTN: 1LT BABB/SrA CULBERT BLDG. 55, MARHAM ROADRAF FELTWELL, THETFORD, NORFOLK IP26 4HL UK.
