Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: NA Sources Sought for C-23B/B+ total Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) for forty three (43) U.S. Army National Guard (ARNG) C-23B/B+ fixed wing aircraft fleet at multiple locations. This includes total aircraft system maintenance services, logistical suppo rt, and management processes to maintain the fleet. Included, but not limited to bas operation support, propeller and engine overhauls, strip and pain requirements. The contractor logistic support shall meet all applicable Federal Aviation Administration ( FAA), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) parts, and maintain the fleet readiness at eighty percent (80%) Mission Capable (MC) per aircraft. A provision to accomodate additions deletions and substitution of Short Bro thers manufactured C-23B/B+ sereis, (Shorts SD3-60 Sherpa) turbine/prop cargo, and other manufacturer type Special Electronic Mission aircraft, will be included in the contract. The contractor shall be prepared to deploy to any designated area worldwide. T he contractor shall furnish all required documentation, material, equipment, property, facilities and vehicles not provided as Government Furnished Property (GFP) to perform this contract. The anticipated period of performance is from January 2005 through December 2010. Capable source(s) must communicate thier interest and provide a capability statement including synopsis of their abilities and past experience in repair, overhaul, modification, supplying of parts, engineering support, systems intergration a nd configuration management of this or similar items, in writing preferably via facsimile to Ms. Lisa Bridges at (256) 955-8290, no later than 30 September 2003. Communication must be on source(s) letterhead and must include name of source(s) point of cont act, telephone number, E-mail address, and facisile number.
