To meet all standardization requirements, equipment must be approved by the JOAP-TSC. Contractor must be APPROVED by the Joint Oil Analysis Program (JOAP), Pensacola, FL. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by this agency. All sources must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), to be considered for an award.
