Description

The work includes removal and replacement of bituminous pavements, removal and placement of concrete roadway swales and curbing, excavation and repairs to subgrades, traffic controls, replacement of turf, and incidental related work. NAICS Code: 237310 Size Standard: $28,500,000. THE INTENT OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE A COMBINATION FIRM FIXED-PRICE/INDEFINITE QUANTITY. Issue and due dates are tentative. Plans and specs will available ELECTRONIC ONLY at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. This proposed contract is being solicited on an unrestricted basis, therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns. If the contract award is over $1,000,000.00, before award of the contract, the contractor (if not a small business concern) shall agree in the contract, by incorporation of an acceptable small business and small disadvantaged business subcontracting plan in accordance with FAR 19.7, that small business concerns and small disadvantaged business concerns shall have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in contract performance consistent with its efficient performance.
