Description

Site visit information is provided as follows: Date: Wednesday, 20 August 2003 Time: 9:00 AM (local time) Meeting Place: Center For Cryptology Corry Station 640 Roberts Avenue Building 511, Conference Room 102 Pensacola, FL 32511-5138 The offeror shall also notify in writing the Contracting Officer (i.e. corrected e-mail address is as follow: jay.gardner@navy.mil) of the names of those company officials who intend to attend the conference no later than Monday, 18 August 2003. Failure of a prospective offeror to attend the site visit will be construed to mean that the offeror fully understands all requirements of the solicitation. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract. Any questions regarding the terms and conditions of solicitation shall be addressed to the Contracting Officer at the corrected e-mail address as follows: jay.gardner@navy.mil
