- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition will be solicited to Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Pleasanton, CA 94566, as a sole procurement. Siemens Multix Pro with Single Phaze High Freqency must be 100% electrically and mechanically compatible with the existing equipment to support configuration requirements. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number RFQ N00244-03-T-1017 applies. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Clause 52.212-4, applies as well as the following FAR clauses: 52.219-1; 52.219-14; 52.222-21; 52.222-26; 52.222-35; 52.222-36; 52.222-37; 52.247-34.
