- RFP OAM ?2003-N-0003 , Interactive Instructional Television Services. The purpose of this modification #3 is to post the revised statement of work, issue new dates and times for GAO site visit, technical questions, transmission testing and response date for the revised requirement. Offerors are required to refer to the original FedBizOpps posting, dated June 4, 2003 for requirements not covered in this notice. REQUIREMENTS: A copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) can be requested via e-mail Hilll@GAO.gov or via fax number (202) 512-3999. 2. COST PROPOSAL: Offerors are required to request via email: Hilll@GAO.gov) or fax (202) 512-3999 a copy of the pricing schedule. (Note: ALL CHANGES to the original June 4, 2003 SOW are shown in BOLD, ITALIC, and UNDERLINE TEXT in Attachment A as Revision ? 1. 3. GAO SITE VISIT, TRANSMISSION TESTING AND TOUR AND TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: GAO will conduct a tour of appropriate areas in its Headquarters Building, which will be held on Thursday August 28, 2003 at 1:00 p.m., at 441 G Street, N.W., Room 6802, Washington, D.C. Offerors planning to attend this tour should provide written notification to the Contract Specialist by Monday August 25, 2003. Such notification may be emailed to hilll@gao.gov . During the tour we also encourage offerors to take notes and write down your questions. Questions resulting from the tour should be emailed to the hill@gao.gov on or before September 2, 2003. Please see Mandatory Transmission Testing as required in the Statement of Work in the Technical and Equipment section). In order for each offeror?s proposal to be considered, it is required that each offeror meet the mandatory requirement of successfully demonstrating a clear transmission between the offeror?s original site and the GAO building. Offeror?s proposal shall not be considered if the transmission testing is unsuccessful. Testing shall be performed only from Thursday September 4, 2003 through Thursday September 25, 2003, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. (EST). For appointment, offerors are to contact La Vonne Hill on (202) 512-6125 between 9:00 a.m. ? 5:00 p.m., weekdays. Technical questions concerning this requirement must be submitted in writing via fax or e-mail no later than September 22, 2003. Subsequently, GAO will not entertain further questions. GAO may respond to questions in the form of an amendment that may have an affect on offers received. 4. Due to the current mail situation and the extra time needed to process incoming deliveries (mail, documents, and packages), the only acceptable methods in delivering proposals to GAO is via Federal Express (FEDEX) delivery service. Other delivery methods are not acceptable for this requirement at this time. The Guards will not accept packages at the desk.
