Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a firm fixed price one-year contract with four one-year options on a sole source basis to Guidance Software, 21400 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 101, Sterling, Virginia 20166. Guidance Software shall provide EnCase Enterprise Field Intelligence Model including maintenance, implementation services and customization. Estimated cost of this procurement including options is $97,188. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation document is available for this requirement and may identify their interest and capacity by submitting a capabilities statement by 10:00 a.m., Monday August 18, 2003 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Operations Center, Room 1300, Mail Stop O-20, 6432 General Green Way, Alexandria, VA 22312, Attention: Lynda Theisen.
