- Description
- This is an INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT for repair and alteration projects in postal owned and leased facilities in the State of Oregon and Zip Code 986 in Washington State. Work may include any items detailed in the "Unit Price Schedule" and/or "Technical Specifications". Multiple contracts will be awarded - based on consideration of the technical evaluation of the offeror and the submitted multiplier. Offerors are required to submit a single MULTIPLIER to be applied to the unit prices to determine the value of each work order issued under each separate contract. Submittals must be completed using the format defined in the solicitation package. The awarded contracts will be for a base term of one-year, with a one-year renewal option available. The total quantity of work which will be required under the contracts is indefinite. However, for each contract, one or more work orders will be issued totaling not less than $10,000, with the aggregate of the contract not exceeding $5,000,000. Initial contract amount is $250,000 and may be increased in increments of $250,000 to an amount not-to-exceed $5,000,000. Maximum amount of a single work order is $250,000. The successful offeror will be required to provide initial performance and payment bonds in the amount of $250,000 at award. This solicitation consists of the Contract Documentation; A CD-ROM containing the (1) Unit Price Schedule; the (2) Technical Specifications; the (3) Work Order Generator; and (4) additional postal construction standards information. Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations are applicable to the contract and all issued work orders. The contractor is responsible for ensuring compliance with the most current, applicable wage determination, on the date the work order is issued. There will be no public opening of offers. All proposal information received is CONFIDENTIAL until award of a contract. The name of the successful offerors and their respective multipliers will be released as public information. The number of unsuccessful offerors, their names, and the value of their multipliers WILL NOT BE RELEASED AS PUBLIC INFORMATION. This information is exempt from disclosure under Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Exemption 4.
