Description

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) requires the services of a professional evaluator with proven experience in completing large and complex projects to undertake a formal study of the USHMM's “Permanent Exhibition.” An outside Contractor is desirable not only for his or her expertise in designing evaluation tools, conducting evaluations, analyzing data and summarizing results, but also for the objectivity that he or she will bring to such a project, which is paramount where unexpected and perhaps sensitive outcomes may be identified. This is a commercial procurement. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed price type contract. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror after evaluation of technical criteria and price. It is estimated that evaluation and award will be made on or about July 7, 2003. The delivery of proposals will be by 10:00am (EST), June 9, 2003, to Division of Procurement, Attn.: L. Mankowitz, U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, 100 Raoul Wallenberg Place, SW Washington, DC 20024-2150. The solicitation package may be obtained electronically directly by downloading from this website, via email to lmankowitz@ushmm.org or may be requested in writing via facsimile at (202) 314-0345. Please reference solicitation no. 9531-03-R-0004. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any questions pertaining to this solicitation are due by 12:00pm (EST) May 9, 2003.
