- DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) sub part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, GA contemplates award to procure for purchase the following services: All labor and materials necessary to tear down, re-fabric, and install Transwall Product in new configuration as shown in attached layouts and IAW (in accordance with) attached statement of work and drawings in building 645 North, Corner of Page Rd. & 9th Street, Robins AFB, GA 31098. **Please call or e-mail SSgt Kenya Hall for copies of Statement of Work and Drawings. Phone # 478-926-3985, e-mail: kenya.hall@robins.af.mil** Contractor must be an authorized and certified installer for Kimball Corporation, Transwall Division. Note: Certification to re-fabric existing Transwall Product to manufactures specifications is required. The Government will consider all quotes that meet the above criteria. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. NAICS is 337214 and small business size is 500. The following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-14 and are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items; Offerors must include (1) a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, (2) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Contractor Establishment Code (DUNS number), and Tax Identification number; 52.211-15 Defense Priority and Allocation Requirements; **52.222-42 Service Contract Act, 52.232-33, Wage Determination 94-2139 Rev.26.** 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer -- Central Contractor Registration; 52.243-5 Changes and Changed Conditions, 52.246-1 Contractor Inspection Requirements, 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration. IN accordance with clause 52.212-2, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers in equal consideration order: Price and price related factors, conformance to statement of work, and adherence to solicitation.
