- The NRCS in South Dakota has completed an A-76 Direct Conversion with Cost Comparison study for Soil Conservation Technician Services in Central South Dakota. As a result of this study, no offers were received. Peformance of these functions shall remain in house. This soliciation is cancelled. Questions regarding this notice shall be submitted to Mavis S.
