Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA22-03-T-0064 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Ci rcular 01-15. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. This procurement is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. CLIN 0001: Concrete, 4000 PSI, 28 day compression, 3 inch slump with no fly ash; Qty is 600 cu yds. Award will be based on lowest price. Must quote delivered price to Camp Shelby, MS 39407. Deliveries will be made between the periods Oct 15 through Dec 30, 2003. You must have the ability to make delivery within 24 hours of notification. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial applies.
